The instructors were fantastic and really encouraged participation without any pressure. I loved how it brought people together, creating a fun and social atmosphere every morning during my stay. The ambiance of the spa made it even more special, and the massage from Nana was the best I've ever had. I'll definitely be booking another session on my next visit!
